Who the JRA works with
Cooperation is an important aspect of resolution
Domestically the JRA works closely with the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), the Jersey Bank Depositors Compensation Scheme (DCS) and the Government of Jersey (GOJ). These institutions meet regularly as the Bank Resolution Planning Group (BRPG), chaired by the JRA.
Internationally the JRA cooperates with overseas regulators and home and host resolution authorities - where necessary through cooperation agreements or memoranda of understanding.

BRPG is a forum held quarterly with a common goal to:
Reduce the risk to the public of financial loss due to a bank failure
Protect and enhance the reputation and integrity of Jersey in commercial and financial matters
Act in the best economic interests of Jersey
